1. Service Agreement
Housekeeping Pro provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Las Vegas. By booking our services, you enter into a service agreement with us and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason, including safety concerns or non-compliance with our policies.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Services may be booked online, by phone, or through our contact form.
- We require accurate information for service location, type of service, and scheduling preferences.
- Recurring services may be set up at your convenience (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).
- Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for new bookings or changes.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, weather conditions, or staff availability.
4. Payment Terms
- We offer flat-rate pricing for most services, and estimates are provided before booking.
- Payments can be made via cash or online (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo).
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Unpaid invoices may be subject to service delays or cancellation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a re-clean as needed.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the property during the scheduled service time.
- Secure pets and valuable or fragile items prior to service.
- Inform us of any special instructions, allergies, or hazardous areas in advance.
- Housekeeping Pro is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or unsafe environments.
7. Damage and Liability
- Our team is trained and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the damaged item or the cost of service, whichever is lower.
- We are not liable for losses due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, electrical failures, etc.).
8. Privacy and Data

9. Website Use
